Here's the part of the story where Dr. Opus Optus first analyzes the stars in order to find information on the case of the murdered soldier. This is meant not only to be a character design, but how his dwelling reflects his character.

Part of my projects for my class The Portfolio. one of the five classes taking complete and utter control of my life. :P

Pardon the lines. The scanner is not the best they have.

EDIT: Hmm... it appears that the glass on the scanner is dirty too. :p ullingouthair:

I don't know if you've seen it, but this piece kind of reminds me of the show Invader Zim, like it's from a shot of sweeping, insane, almost creepy architecture. The design on this is really great. I think the lab looks almost organic and the violently reeeed color is a very nice touch. The little details and lines on his equipment are a very nice touch. Awesome job. 0.0

Hell, that's really cool. I really love the retro 50's feel to it... and the red. Red is good. There is much red.

Being something of a sci-fi geek, I *really* love stuff like this. The paint style, colors and whatnot? *Fantastic* My favorite part is the environment though. You definately succeeded in making it futuristic while keeping it believable. :)

You can never be sure with public (?) scanners. I always have to look closely on every scanner at my college to make sure it's clean. I bet you could clean that up in photoshop easily with the clone tool, but even so, it's still frustrating. I mean, you spent all the time on the art and now that it's done you've got big lines right through it. What a pain. :)

Amazing color and I liked the way you worked the space. I'm loving the lab, my eyes keeps sweeping through it.
