It seems strange how, in the panel where the old man goes 'Call her name', there is so much energy. It almost seems as though there is some immediate danger in the panel before.
i.e. Two chars see girl far away | Closer view of the girl with darkness around her (danger?) | Exaggerated reaction from the two chars.
It got me slightly confused. Also, in the two panels below, the two character's emotions seem to jump around much too suddenly. It all seems somewhat comedic/comical, reducing the point... which seems to be two parents' unwillingness to let go of their daughter...
