Happy Halloween everyone! Whether you're doing anything fun or not, enjoy it.
This is by far the longest painting I've ever done as of now. And I STILL think there needs to be more misc. junk and stuff piked in the background there, but this is fine. They are supposed to be in the storage room of a caravan of poor entertainers trying to get by by themselves, so the wagon isn't fancy but is well tended. And yes, the entry way IS crooked! You will see the ragtag bunch and their caravan further into the story of Jack Magic.
Don't ask me how he managed to get the filling out BEFORE cutting open the top of the pumpkins. I dunno........ it's MAGIC!
Morgan (formerly called Kuran) is wearing those stripped stockings that every gal HAS to wear at Halloween, at least in artwork. I should really post a close-up of her face sometime.
LAST BIT OF TRIVIA: Jack Magic is the first comic where I created the characters based off of real actors. Jack was created with Adam Sandler in mind. Morgan is based on Christina Ricci and Liv Tyler.

Duh-OODERS!!! This is so sweet. I LOVE the detail!!! I am really wanting to try to actually add depth and detail to my drawings 'cause it makes it so much more interesting and adds story and bulk to the picture. Its just awesum. I think Imina go carve my pumpkin right now because you have inspired me and I really, REALLY want to and I dunno when Ill have time otherwise. ^^
