For those of you who don't know, Dandy and Company is one of the thousands of overlooked webcomics, written and drawn by Derrick Fish. This was made because Fish has halted further production of the strip (his site is currently rerunning recent strips), because of personal and professional reasons. I have been following his comic for a few years, so it is sad that he is finished with it. He says that even though he is starting a slew of other projects, Dandy and Company will be reincarnated one day, but he is burnt out right now.
I have not received any notice that he received this, so I hope he gets it!
Ah yes. It is quite sad. i liked those two.
Wich makes me remember of the nice comicstrip you did a while ago with those two and the slayriding theme from Calvin and Hobbes.
I hope it will be back again once, but as you said in your comment, he needs a break.
You got their personalities very VERY well in this picture. Thumbs up!

Hah! You captured Dandy and Bernard's personalities perfectly! The action is great too (something you don't see in the strip). Overall, a beautiful job!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: "O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous." And God granted it. (Voltaire)
