I got Anime Studio Pro and am practicing with it, getting the hang of the basics and get a sense of what it's good at doing and what it's not good at. I chose Kermit because he's a simple character to draw, and also the movement of a hand puppet are stiff to begin with, which is the kind of animation beginners tend to produce in this software. I now know that you need to plan which assets should be grouped into Switch Layer, vector layers, or simple groups, depending on how you want them to move.
Yes I know a part of Kermit's head disappears when he opens the window. That's an SWF bug. I can't figure out how to get rid of it.
What if The Muppet Show were animated?!
Kermit the Frog, The Muppet Show, the Muppets, names and related are (C) Disney, Jim Henson. Fan animation only! Do not distribute or copy!
